for Bridal Services
- All wedding day services and bridal packages must be pre-paid 30 days before the day of the wedding. (Invoices will be sent 60 days prior.)
- Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the wedding date.
- Any changes must be made 7 days prior to the wedding date.
- We do not offer refunds on bridal services.
- Children are welcome in the salon if they have an appointment and are accompanied by an adult. Formal styles or updos for children are $50.
for All other services
- Your salon visit is meant to be a relaxing experience; therefore children are not permitted without an appointment. In addition, we are only able to accommodate appointments for children over the age of 8.
- Appointments missed or cancelled without 24-hour notice will incur a fee of 50% the scheduled service price. All spa packages must be reserved with a credit card and require 48 hours notice.
- There will be an additional $25 charge for all returned checks.
- All services are guaranteed and any complaints or redo requests must be reported within seven (7) days of the service.
- No refunds. Exchanges are at the discretion of management.
- Tipping is welcome and appreciated for all services.
- Gift certificates can be customized to fit your needs. All gift certificates expire within one (1) year of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.
- Unopened merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Opened merchandise, excluding makeup, can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Sale of personal blends and make-up are final. No refunds.
